Undergraduate Seismic Design Competition
MCEER-sponsored teams have participated in both the National Undergraduate Seismic Design Competition, organized by the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER), and in the MCEER competition, which began in 2005.
National Competitions
The Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER) hosted the first competition, with five teams participating in May 2004. The competition has expanded each year, with 17 teams competing in 2008.
